Dr. Tricia Scribner and I were on the Why Do You Believe? podcast discussing our co-edited apologetics book Answering the Music Man: Dan Barker’s Arguments against Christianity with Adam Tucker of Southern Evangelical Seminary.
Answering the Music Man is an edited book with seven contributors in addition to Scribner and me. The book analyzes and critiques the arguments against Christianity put forth by Dan Barker, mainly in his book godless: How an Evangelical Preacher Became One of America’s Leading Atheists.
In our interview, Scribner and I discuss Barker, how we got the idea for the book, and a little bit about the chapters we contributed to the book. Dr. John Ferrer was supposed to join us but ran into technical difficulties. He might be on the podcast next week when some of the contributors join Adam to discuss their chapters.
